You can delete your DirtOX account yourself, from inside the app, in under a minute. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
If you manage a claimed Ride Park, transfer or release the venue in Ride Park Manager first; the app will remind you.
Email rights@dirtox.com from the email address on the account (or reset your password from the sign-in screen first). We verify the request and complete it within 30 days.
Your profile and contact details (name, email, phone, home location), garage and bike logs, photos and 360 panoramas, ride tracks, BRAAP Points, settings, push notification registrations, live-location shares, and every sign-in session. Your account can no longer sign in.
Posts, comments and chat messages you wrote stay visible to the people who could already see them, attributed to Deleted Rider. Event attendance and Ride Park check-in records stay with the event or park (they no longer identify you). Payment records are kept by Stripe, Apple or Google and by the Ride Park you paid, as required for accounting; DirtOX keeps only the transaction reference. A minimal audit entry (account number and deletion time) is retained for legal purposes.
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings; otherwise it renews.
